I feel like everyone is always so focused on what we should do and eat to lose weight when really there are a lot of people who also want to gain weight, and gain it in a healthy way. So today’s post is going to be a list of foods that you can eat to start gaining some healthy weight! Also at the end of the post, I give some tips on working out.
Sweet Potatoes // Potatoes // Brown Rice // Quinoa // Rolled Oats
Black Beans // Chickpeas // Unsalted Nuts // Natural Peanut Butter
Granola // Dates // Healthy Trail Mix // Dark Chocolate // Raisins // Olive Oil
Greek Yogurt // Chicken // Beef // Pork // Avocado // 100% Whole Grain Bread
Those are the main foods that are higher calorie, but healthy. You should try eating five to six small meals a day including these foods and don’t do too much cardio. If you want to thicken up your thigh and butt area do weighted workouts that target those spots. Also walking on a treadmill at a high incline and at a slow pace for half an hour to an hour a few times a week can really help you get the results you want. I hope this helps, thanks for reading!
